Overview
The client needed an alternative integration platform to migrate their SOA infrastructure from legacy systems to the cloud with an API-led approach. The client wanted to migrate to MuleSoft from one of the existing TIBCO ESP frameworks. Sparity acted quickly and implemented a robust migration solution that addresses all possible business and technology challenges that may occur while migrating to a new integration platform.
Challenges
The client needed to transform their existing IT landscape digitally, and they realized the need to consolidate the Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) layer to Mulesoft to cover their current and future state requirements. The client faced a challenge to migrate from the existing TIBCO ESP framework to MuleSoft as it provides business agility and better connectivity between applications, data, and devices, both on-premises and in the cloud, with an API-led approach.
Implementation
Set up Anypoint VPC, VPC Peering and dedicated Load
Balancer with Mapping rules and related RAML
Implemented the PSD2 solution and
developed associated Mule services
Deployed the Mule API’s and Flows using
Jenkins and monitored the logs in Splunk
Solution
Sparity leveraging their MuleSoft expertise, designed a delivery methodology to successfully migrate to Mulesoft based on their experiences and learnings from early engagements. Additionally, consolidated integration layer to a single Enterprise Service Bus platform. Furthermore, Converted Tibco services and other API’s developed over the years to Mule ESB. To speed up the development process, Sparity also implemented an automated deployment process based on Jenkins.
